The price displayed ($100) is the non-refundable deposit required on 1/4 beef. The estimated total cost on 1/4 beef is $730 – $875.

Pre-order now. This product is for beef that will be butchered in the Spring 2027. (please read all the information below)
You are required to pay a $100 deposit on your order of 1/4 beef. Pay immediately at checkout or choose “Cash on Delivery” and mail us a check within 2 weeks of your order. This deposit will be put toward the final cost of your order.
The remainder of your cost is due upon pickup of the product (you will pick up your product in Mahtowa, MN) on the designated pick-up date, or you will have to arrange a separate pick-up time with the processor.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded. If you choose to cancel your order, your deposit will not be refunded.
